With any apartment/communal living situation, you have to expect some problems. (Some of my neighbors were noisier than others.) But overall, my experience at Savannah Place was fabulous. Maintenance was excellent. The pool was always clean and well-kept. I always felt safe there. You won't find larger or more attractive apartments anywhere, especially not at a reasonable price. However, there was frequent management turn-over...I don't have a complaint with this, but I guess it's something to note. The gated entry was also broken more often than working.

Do not move here if you want a quiet place to live. This place is crazy noisy. Also, management is shady. Never expect a call back in a timely manner. The apts are definitely showing thier age. And the gate? What a joke.

Savanah place is a dump. Think twice before moving here. The apartments are getting to be in bad shape and the staff is horrendous.
