These apartments are horrible. If you live in a downstairs apartment, plan on being awake as long as you upstairs neighbor is up. Seiling sounds like it could crash into your apartment at anytime. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I would recommend to spend a little extra money and rent a better constructed apartment with a nicer looking grounds.
