I don't work for Springhouse, so you can trust my review. :o) I'm a WFU student who moved here from out of state in the fall of '02 and remained for a year. I never had any trouble. I wish I didn't have to leave, actually. It is so beautiful here. I'm a tree lover, and my apartment faces huge skyreaching woods that fall down a hill toward the creek. Even in the winter when there are no leaves the view is so peaceful. The only bad thing I can think of is that one of the pools has been closed for a few months, not sure why. The maintenance crew is nice, neighbors are friendly if you are friendly to them, and it's very very quiet. The only time the noise goes up is when people are out talking on the stairs in the breezeways. The noise carries through the walls, but it's not too bad. I never had any problems with appliances, etc so I can't comment on the timelyness of maintenance, but that's a plus in itself I guess.
in summary
-beautiful grounds
-nice interiors, well-kept
-new carpet/paint
-window seats! :O)
-very quiet
I definitely recommend getting an apartment that faces the woods. And don't let them heckle you on the price. I got 2 bedrooms for 529 per month. Good luck apartment hunting! -Ashley S.

More bull. Nice try though. You may have convinced a few dumbies with this post but, those of us who have been here a while know better. If you aren't affiliated with Blaimco then, how much did they pay you to type this bs? Do tell.
