If the current management team would stop rating their own community, maybe someone would be able to see that Springhouse is NOT the best place to live in Winston Salem. Safety, maintenance, the office staff-all need an overhaul. The staff is rude and unknowledgable. You get billed for all sorts of charges that they can't even explain. If you have a genuine complaint, it gets nowhere-they listen and take no action. Please find happiness somewhere else....
