Stay AWAY from this GHETTO place!
If you want to be woken up and disturbed all the time, do NOT live here.
Not to talk about the upstairs loud neighbors that since the community has no playgrounds their kids run and play around the apartment at the wee hours of the night... Guess you can?t blame other than cheap construction materials.
Management staff is useless, they had promised to have a unit on a first floor and not only this didn?t happen but the apartment that we got was filthy: Dishwasher was full of grease, dryer had lint all over, bathrooms still smell like cigarette smoke? AC ducts aren?t quite efficient so be ready for outrageous gas bill and a cold apartment...
If you still want to live here just remember to lock your doors and sanitize everything...

See what I mean? This place is a HELLHOLE. Unless you LIKE to live in a dangerous place where the meek go in before dark and mean walk the streets with booze in hand and shooting can be heard in the middle of the night, you need to go some place safe. Hell, I was walking by the tennis court a few days ago and saw a homeless man pissing in the bushes. Is THIS the kind of place you want to live?? Think it over.
