It is very clear that the last poster is the landlord. Pamela Blankenship. She is using her maiden name. Springhouse is Compton with Bloods and Crips on a good day and that is saying alot. Please!!! don't believe the hype. I have friends who still stay there and it has not gotten better....they r still there because, the rent is reasonable and cheap....that is about it....other than that.....they would have been gone a long time ago. I did my year and I was out........she is pulling ur leg...Springhouse is not awesome and things are not fixed in a reasonable manner or time......Please!!!!!

Yes, the current office staff are the most incompetent to date. When they first come on board, they try and convince you that their on your side and genuinely want to help you in what ever way possible but, it's all a line of bull just to shut you up. I have a relative who lives here also who constantly takes their ---- because she's afraid she'll get kicked out if she doesn't. Do you have any idea how totally irrational that sounds? WHY would anyone agree to being neglected and bullied by an abusive landlord just to avoid aviction?? That is preposterous! Well, I'm not a doormat like my relative and I am not going to take this crap any longer. I'm going to that office and demanding equal and proper treatment for my self and my relative and if we don't get it, I will continue to spread the word about what this place is really like. I'm tempted to go out and take pictures and post them on a website too.
