Don't expect much

I moved out just a few weeks ago and I am much happier in my new apartment. While at Springhouse I had a problem with a leak, they made several attempts to fix the problem but the leak was actually coming from upstairs and was hard to find. I ask for a discount on my rent due to the weeks of damp, and unpleasent living nditions. The manager, Martha was very helpful but explained that the company policy would not allow her to give anything. She had o ask her manager, she mailed her boss (I saw the e-mail) she did not get an answer. I went back to her she told me she had sent two additional e-mails and still no response!!
I THINK SHE WOULD HAVE HELPED ME OUT IF HER COMPANY WOULD HAVE JUST HELPED HER OUT. ONE QUESTION I ASK BEFORE I SIGNED A NEW LEASE. CAN THE MANAGER MADE DECISIONS ON HOW TO RUN THE PROPERTY OR DO WE AS TENANTS HAVE TO SUFFER LIKE I DID AT SPRINGHOUSE. IFOUND A PLACE THAT ALLOWS THE MANAGER TO DO THEIR JOB.
SPRINGHOUSE IS MANAGED BY AIMCO STAY AWAY FROM AIMCO. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!!
