The letter just came in our doors about a half hour ago. The new owner is "S.E. Portfolio Apartments, LLC". I've never heard of this company so, I'm going to do a little research on them and let you all know what I find but, as of right now I'm just happy that we are out from under the evil Aimco! YAY!

Amen to that. I lived here a few years ago and this guy has hit the nail on the head. Most people in section 8 housing have NO respect. The pool thing was hilarious...you cant even imagine how many times that has happened.

Yeah that really was funny to watch and why is it always "Cousin"? Why not uncle or sister or maybe grandmother? Too bad I'm stuck here. If there were a less sorry place to live at in Winston that offered HUD rent, I would definately be there instead.

It's a dam shame...it took for someone to buy them out to get things on the right track. If they still got Pam as the landlord....trust me...it ain't going to be better....Crook azz heffa....she was a trip

Oh yeah. I Forgot about ol' Pam. I heard she works over at Hunt Club. Whenever things heat -no pun intendid- up around here, she usually pops in for a few days. The only thing about Pam that seems odd to me is that shortly after she came on board, the playgrounds were dismantled. Worst of all the metal foundations were cut instead of dug out which poses a safety hazard. SH is definately not a place for children. That's for sure.
