Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Just drive through late in the day - to many people "hanging out" - note the car wash area.

Kids and teens out all day and NIGHT - no adult guidance.

Cops in and ot all the time.

Has really gotten bad over the summer- I am out at end of my lease.
