With the new owner and remodeling, I really dared to hope for some improvement and an added feeling of safety but, things are actually getting worse and the area is begining to feel more and more like a war zone. Gunshots can be heard at night as well as boisterous arguments and occasional brawling in the streets and breezeways. A haven that was once peaceful and racially balanced has become a place where feelings of dread and paranoia close in as nightfall aproaches. It's hard to walk around without looking over your shoulder even during the day. Don't be fooled by spectacular reviews. That's just office employees and management posing as residents.

They do have the staff put in positive reviews posing as residents. The best thing that the new management company could do is purge the staff and get some truly professional, caring individuals. I definately do not recommend this property.

Well, I'll be moving along soon. Where I don't know but, as long as it is clean and safe, I'll be satisfied. I just hope it's somewhere where I don't feel like I have to be on my guard all of the time. I'm so tired of it all; I just want to live somewhere that isn't noisy, violent or disgustingly trashy. I've changed a lot since last year and am not nearly as bitter and temperamental as before-thank God. If I ever offended any other residents with my previous rants and irrational ravings, I apologize; life is too short for such wicked feelings to dominate one's persona. I'm done with anger. -----, even though I don't aprove of your ways, I don't hate you. I hope things work out for you. ---------------, I'm sorry I insulted the both of you and I'm also sorry for doing it publicly. Please forgive me. Still, I must be honest in that Springhouse, The Waverly or whatever you want to call it is still every bit as bad as I and others here have said before and it's only getting worse. Without a caring owner, proper management and a hard working staff, Springhouse will never compare to what it was back in the 80's; remodeling and slapping a new lable on a place isn't and never will be enough. It takes dedication, perseverance and compassion. I have a lot memories here and I hope that someday someone will come along and renew it to a place where people of all races want to live together in harmony.

Now u hit the nail right on the head....it is the staff posing as residents trying to gain business....I stayed in Springhouse for about two years and my two years were okay but at the same miserable...if that makes any sense....but please do not believe the hype

Greetings... I am the Fire Elemental.The pathetic, weakling, original personality phoned the police on us and then the little baby had to go see a head doctor because he's cwazy and out contwoll -poor baby but, now that I'm back in controll of his mind, I've decided not to let him go back to the doctor tonight. Instead, I will destroy all of our enemies and feed on their dying screams of agony. After that I will build a massively powerful weapon of my own design and use it to level the city of Winston-Salem... the city that failed me. The host's brain is tiring now from the sheer power of my occupation so, I will now end this post and give the mind back to the original, weakling personality.
