I moved into Springhouse (or Waverly as it is now called) because I thought the apartments were comparable to other complexes but with a lower rent. Well, you get what you pay for. Management (both under Springhouse and under Waverly) was unhelpful. Maintance requests were completely ignored most of the time. Management would enter your apartment without notice and track mud all over your carpet. The management never did anything about people fighting loudly and sometimes violently in the stairwells. Despite repeated complaints from me about the noise level at night, management never did anything to control the groups of people that would blast music from their cars in the middle of the night. In my year and half living there, I saw the crime scene investigators at least 5 times and the police were there almost every week. Please, do yourself a big favor and rent elsewhere even if it is slighly more expensive. The extra money spent will be worth your peace of mind and security.
