We moved into the springhouse in early 2006 at what we thought was a good deal. They told us they replaced our carpet and all kinds of BS. 2 weeks into living in the apartment, huge black stains start appearing everywhere. as far as the new management,(Waverly) they are just as dumb as the last. we knew if we hadn't gotten a receipt every time we paid rent they would call and tell us we hadnt paid yet. ...and now the neighborhood. LOTS AND LOTS OF NOISE!! people screaming in the middle of the night and all day too. Me and the rest of my family felt unsafe, we always looked around before getting out of the car at night and before you think that im a high class guy thats scared of little things, im a US VET. my room mate has actually gotten chased up the stairs to his apartment going to work at 4 in the morning by people wanting to rob him and my car was broken into in the middle of the night when the "supposedly" 24/7 security people are on patrol. How do you miss a damn broken window on a car on your patrol!!instead, i get woken up by my neighbor. Don't expect the pizza delivery guy to deliver their at night either cuz they will tell you no. ok, this is turning into too much of a rant and i do apologize. Their maintenance people arent worth a damn either it takes them at least a week to get anything done and when they do get there, they reek of pot... but with all seriousness i emplore you not to listen to their "good deals" and do not give in to them. We just moved out and i could not be happier, it such a better place then what we had. just so ya know about those "good deals" we started off 2 yrs ago at 520 a month, now, they were trying to charge 640.
