There is a sign coming into the community that reads..."You've seen the rest, now see the best!" What a lie. When we read the original ad in the Apartment Guide the ad claimed "Well Manicured Landscape". The first part of 2008 mowing season we didn't see anyone mow for 8wks. When we did they had someone on a personal mower just mow around the office area. It was another 4wks. before the remainder of the property saw any mowing. The shrubs haven't been trimmed back either making it difficult to see from windows, that is unless you live upstairs. The maintainance team is lazy and good for nothing. The pest control brings pests with them....had more roaches after they sprayed than before they sprayed. They did not replace the carpeting prior to us or any of our neighbors moving in. Cars roar through in the twilight hours thumping loud music. Night Patrol is a joke....I've only seen them maybe roll around twice since this program went into effect. Mind you they stay parked in one spot or simply drive quickly through the property. I honestly felt safer when they had the police doing the surveilance. The property management isn't very helpful. Oh, want food delivered''''' It doesn't happen, the local pizza, chinese, or wings places do not deliver after the sun goes down. The wing place won't deliver at all. There is also nothing for the children to do....no playground, condoms litter the ground too. The on-site laundry facility is also very dirty...my clothes would get cleaner leaving them in the rain.
