The staff at The Waverly are very unprofessional and rude and the apartments are miss mangement by an inexperince staff. I would not be surprise if they go belly up!!!! I saw alot of fights, gang signs and graffitt not to mention loud music. I understand why they encourge rental insurance since I lived next to the Meth. Lab. It's not a safe place for single women and children with the number of drug traffic on the premises.
