The Stratford at Hillcrest is a very nice complex. All aspects of these facilities are phenomenal. The staff here, especially the main manager, are most courteous. I would recommend this complex to everyone. I was one of the first tenants in this complex; and so far, I've had a very good experience here. In response to an earlier comment, the services provided here are well worth the "inflated rent" price. A great complex is general!

Are you under the age of 22? For the price, and all of the craziness..and all of theses APX Alarm dorks running around, give me a break! Hey, let's be the dumb Alarm guys and set off major fireworks in the parking lot at 11pm on a Sunday and have the firetrucks come and smoke permeate all the buildings. They are ridiculous and there are so many tenants that are childish.
