I' lived there for almost four years and left after people's houses started getting robbed. The office ---agement is okay. They had a wo--- working there named ----- and she was horrible. Every time I had a problem it was never worked out, her -------- later told my --- that her ------ was racist. Her -------- and her --------- had sex and smoked weed at the pool that you can see from my children's room. Her --- sped through the neighborhood at all times of the night swerving and almost hitting people. She also has a master key to all of the houses and I know for a fact that her -------- and her --------- used it to rob houses because he was arrested for stealing a car from the neighborhood. The maintenance --- ----- is lazy and I don't know how he still has a job. I'd sent in numerous requests asking them to come fix things in the house or to come paint. ----- parks his car truck 10 feet from my house to have his smoke breaks but they say you're not allowed to speak to him on the street because he has a job to do. Most of the neighbors are cold but the ones that are friendly are very kind. The price is way to high because these houses aren't built to be lived in. They're just transitional housing. They're way to expensive to be so close to places like Glen Eagles and Savannah Place. My neighbors would leave trash on my lawn and play loud music until 2 am.
