I am not a resident of YPA,nor would I want to be. Just take a ride by, looks like the dumpster truck lost it's "flap" on the way out after picking up the trash. I actually seen a decayed animal's head laying outside the dumpster and it has been there since Dec 2006. Now tell me that's not a health violation! Little children playing everywhere!! I definently am not blaming the residents, but the management should be responsible for cleaning up this mess.I bet their childen don't live in such filth.
Families have to live where they can afford, but it's up to the "so called management" to
help protect their safetly.

I took your advise and rode by. I've seen better apartments in the "getto" The apartments down the hill from them would be enough to scare me off. Looks like to me that the so called management don't care about anything but collecting the rent. Looks like a scene from "Freddy" you would'nt see me crawling my butt out of the car to walk into the apartments. Sad looking so called "home".
