NOT FOR WEAK AT HEART - I am not a resident of YPA,nor would I want to be. Just take a ride by, looks like the dumpster truck lost it's "flap" on the way out after picking up the trash. TERRIBLE They are filthy. All one must do is ride by to see. My personal experience was with mice,roaches,faulty plumbing and management that could've cared less about it. I don't recommend this place, but to each his or her own. I would recommend Oakwood. They are right down
