Great Apartment - I have lived here for a couple of months now. I have not had any problems. Maintenance is very quick and every time I have needed to go to the office the staff has been friendly. The one bedroom is great, I love the closet. It is very quiet and I feel completely safe. Also my electricity bill is very cheap; it has not been over $40 a month. CHEAP/BELOW STANDARDS I am currently a resident here at the HAMPTON VILLAGE APARTMENTS and have been since Dec. 2005. I can't wait to move.
1. You can hear any and everything your neighbor does in the apartment.
2. The rent is cheap but for the price it's a basic, small apartment.

Kinda Yucky I have lived here now for 6 months and here are some of my observations:
1) Rent is cheap, so if your standards are driven by price, it's a winner.
2) The places are SMALL. 2 tiny closets, one in each bedroom...period. Not much storage otherwise.
3) The neighbors phone
