Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived there for a year... 6 months in a 2 bed 2 bath and the other 6 in a 1 bed 1 bath. i had to switch because of problems with my significate other and she was very helpfull and understanding and didnt charge me any extra money. it was also a safe place to live and is in a good location i think. i lived alone on the first floor and left my patio door unlock day and night and when i wasnt even there and not once did i feel unsafe. it is also right next to a bike trail that will take you all the way to the river. its great.
