I actually lived in two of the three buildings. For a year I lived in the one on Tacoma and 12th and recently I lived in the 2100 12th building. These are pretty rockin apartments. A trick to keep the noise down is to try and get up on the third floor. That way you don't have people walking above you.
The apartments are great, staff was usually pretty helpful. The tenants are mostly college kids, single doctors, and old people though. Our hallway usually smells like deep-fried german food. That kind of sucked but all in all living at cottonwood was a pretty posh experience.
Oh, it's right across the street from the 'Page too. So that was cool.
