Fairview Apartments 0% Recommended Jan 29 2008: I really liked this place in the beginning. My husband and I were comforted by the fact that they do background checks on every tenant before they move in but shortly after I moved in there was the incident of Fairview Apartments 0% Recommended Oct 06 2007: Rent began at $745 and 2 years later was $825. Asked manager to explain continued raise in rent (because there are reasons for that). I got two different answers from her and her assistants. Assistants always had an attitude. Apartment Kirkwood Park Apartments 0% Recommended Sep 26 2007: Apartment manager is VERY unprofessional and seems to have been intoxicated many times when he is working. The maintenance personnel are also extremely unprofessional and I have heard him raise his voice to young children in the pool area. The Cottonwood 83% Recommended Jul 26 2007: I lived there for a year... 6 months in a 2 bed 2 bath and the other 6 in a 1 bed 1 bath. i had to switch because of problems with my significate other and she was very helpfull Cottonwood 83% Recommended Jul 23 2007: Cottonwood apartments are a great place to live. The rent is reasonable and building are very new and kept up well. The apartments come with a washer/dryer in the unit and are very spacious. It is also located two minutes |
