Very nice place to live - I have lived at North Pointe for about a year and have found it very enjoyable. Poor apartment maintenace The manager's do not follow through with repair needs but instead make up excuses as to why they are not done. The quality of the rapairs that are done are poor. The apartments are not paint once a teneant leaves and some times the carpet is not cleaned.
