The cottonwood apartment are a joke - I have live in some bad places but I think the worst place that I have ever lived was the cottonwood apartments by far. Managment was a joke and the people that live there cant keep to them selfs the buildings are new but i would like to live in a an older place where people are nice. Very nice place to live - I have lived at North Pointe for about a year and have found it very enjoyable. The management is extremely helpful, friendly, and almost always available, and every problem we've personally had has been fixed right away. Love and Hate - I love the vaulted ceiling and the fire place (even though i've been to scared to use it yet!) Lots of room. Big bedrooms, closets and storage space. Management is awesome and any repair gets fixed very fast. They take very good care of the parking lot and remove snow fast. I hate that there is no garage door openers.
