Overall, Best In Fargo - Except for Parking

Overall this is the best Apartment Complex I have lived in in the last 6 years. It's a bit pricier than most others, but it makes up for it in it's construction, washer and dryer in every unit, sound levels, and two-car garages that come with the larger apartment units, community room, and mini-gym. Most people that live here are working professionals ( I see several suits walk out the building each morning ) and many families use this place as a stepping stone to purchasing a house.

My only grief is the parking is slightly inadequate. Many of the folks who live here have families with 3 or more cars. Many of them also fill their garages up with all the crap they have collected over the years, taking up either half or the entire garage. This leads to way more vehicles competing for parking spots around the building, since nothing is assigned. The main street is also always crowded with cars. They do a good job of removing cars parked illegally, such as on weekends with some of the college students throwing their parties (I've counted over 25 tows in the last month). As long as you get an apartment by families (not college students) and have as many cars as you have available stalls in the garage, and don't mind a slight amount of noise ( basically upstairs neighbors walking around ), I would highly suggest them.

Don't be misinformed though, it's still an apartment building, albeit a fairly large complex, so it's still got it's rotten apples inhabiting it that drive ricer cars at 30 MPH through the parking lots and college students DO throw parties on the weekends, however the majority of tenants don't put up with that nonsense and usually call the police and report it to the management who deals with it swiftly.

If you can afford it though, GO WITH A HOUSE!
