I have lived here almost 4 years and it is a pretty nice property. The maintenance staff is nice and timely. The townhomes themselves are nice and the kitchens are beautiful. But the walls are very thin and you hear your nieghbor sdo everything! There isn't enought parking (only 5 spots ahared by two buildings!) and in the sinter that stinks when you can't park on the street. The attaced garages are nice. The office staff are ok but on person in particular is a little flighty if you know what I mean. You pay all you utilties, we have a 3 bedroom with a basement, main and upper floor. There is only 1 thermostat so the basement is always freezing (62 in the winter) and the top floor very warm (86 in the summer). So the electric and gas bills are high. Plus be prepared the rent will go up every year by at least 15-20 bucks. The rent is 55 dollars higher then when I moved in. Oh and there is no bath on the main floor.
