Have lived here for a year---great townhome, but was told the utilities would not be this high. Kept the townhome at 60-65 degrees in the winter and still the heat/electric bill was well over $150.00, plus had to pay for water/sewer/garbage, which was another $50. Office staff was great and did not require maintenance work done, except once. They were ok. My problem was the parking--not enough---and someone was always parked in the no-parking spot behind my garage and I had a hard time getting out of my own garage most times. Also, snow removal on sidewalks was slow, slow, slow.
