HORRIBLE. I currently have a lease here since September and CAN'T WAIT until its up in August- everyone and everything is wrong with this apartment. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT- the woman that is the "landlord" is extremely rude every time I talk to her. Because they have such POOR snow removal, I slipped right onto my hip when walking out to my extended garage that was very far from my apartment itself and she tried to convince me it wasn't her problem or fault and I never saw salt be put at the spot or anywhere near it. On top of poor management, it takes forever and a day to get maintenance to fix a problem. Our dryer broke and it took them 5 days to finally get it fixed AND they came into our apartment while we were gone without even bothering to call first and the maintenance worker took it upon himself to not lock our door on the way out leaving our apartment unlocked and free for anyone to walk in while we weren't home. If you plan on living here in the winter than you might want to invest in your own shovel because it takes about 4 days for them to finally shovel a path for you to get out of your apartment. Also, if you plan on having more than one car at the apartment good luck- because there's no extra parking anywhere and if you try to park it anywhere on the property that isn't INSIDE your garage- you will get towed (so good luck having friends or family come over or they could just take a bus or cab and be dropped off) It's always cold in the basement and there are water bugs always in the bathroom. I can't wait to get out of here!!!
