I've had the worst renting experience here. The extra money you spend on ammenities like the pool, hot tub etc., arent't worth it. The pool's filthy and the hot tub doesn't work, the exercise room has one working machine. the staff doesn't want to fix things (Everything is broken) and they're not very intelligent i.e. they lose rent checks and blame it on the renter. It's usually impossible to get through to our apartment manager. It's horrible living here and i've only been here for 3 months. don't rent from here.

All my dealings with Cheyenne Estates has been mostly a positive experience. The manager it appears to me is a very honest and fair person. When I stop into the office around holidays the manager is usually preparing something special for residence and their children. I have found the managers and maintenance people have been helpful and friendly.
