My apartment is really nice, a bit over priced I am paying $500 for a large one bedroom, but the location is nice. But...if there are problems there is never anyone in the office to help you. I even tried calling my building manager and she wasn't able to do anything.
I was NEVER given a copy of my lease either.
Snow removal is HORRIBLE.
I would recommend looking at other apartment buildings, cause there are TONS in the area.
