I have been living here for a few years now, but plan to move out ASAP!!!! First of all the office staff is horible here!!! They are never around and are always losing stuff. Second of all pets are now allowed here. Which is fine if that was the case originally, but it wasen't now everytime my daughter goes out to play i have to constanly be standing near her because why? There is dog poop that people fail to pick up. It is disgusting. They also have just raised the rent too. I don't think i should have to pay more rent, if anything they should lower it because I have to deal with dog poop and dogs barking downstairs. THe only good thing about renting here is if you turn your rent in late they charge you a 25 dollar late fee, but if you don't pay it they don't say anything or make you pay it. Probably because the office staff is too lazy to follow through with anything.
