As I listen to the bass form my neighbors below... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I haven't even lived here for a year and I hate it. The garage is barely enough for one car, in fact, you can see where the past tenants have run into it. The "laundry room" ,if you can call it that, consists of one washer and one dryer and can fit one person at a time. They used to be free and not work. Now they are $1.50 and don't work. The apartment itself is nice, I have no complaints about that, but everything else is terrible. My second month, the neighbor above me vomited on my balcony, of course it being winter, it froze and chunks of whatever it was still sit there. Noise is one of the biggest problems, I work at night and at the time of this haven't slept for more than three hours a day in the past week. Whether it be animals, parties, stomping, music or people in the hallway on cell phones it is never quiet. I've seen the pool and gym but it's never open when I'm awake, so I can't give details on those. So if you like noise, expensive rent, garbage smelling hallways(always a treat), garbage filled lawns, barely any laundry, and sleepless nights this place is for you.
