The worst place I've ever lived in my life.

When I moved in the heat was included. I recently had a new gas meter installed and I am now charged 19.00 a month for a gas meter and zero gas usage from Excel Energy. The office lied and said that my heat was never included.

When I moved in I was told the late fee was $15.00. I recently was told the late fee is $25.00 and always had been. Another lie from the office.

When I moved in I was told the late fee would be charged on the 5th of the month. I was recently told the late fee is charged on the 3rd of the month. Another lie from the office. I even have checks showing I paid on the 4th many times without a late fee.

Each building has a building manager (building psycho)' Whatever that is' My building psycho slams it's door constantly. It has anti-social behavior and is quite paranoid. It thinks I say things to it in the hallway and it called me a psycho once because of this. I've had the police come to my door because I am being too noisy'

There are four apartments with door slammers on my floor including the building psycho.

On two occasions the building psycho unlocked my door and barged right in seeing if I had vacated before the date I was supposed to vacate. I was told I didn't pay my rent, when in fact, I had paid my rent but I was given a vacate notice. Before the matter was cleared-up, the building psycho unlocked my door and barged right in seeing if I had vacated before the date I was supposed to vacate'

On one occasion the building psycho shoved a note in my door saying I had a certain amount of rent to pay and then a day later the building psycho shoved another note in my door saying I had a higher amount to pay.

Management/Parking: There is a sign in the office saying if people park in the no-parking zone their vehicle will be towed. It is quite common for me to walk outside and have to walk around the vehicles that frequently park in the no-parking zone blocking the entrance way.

The management here lies and are unprofessional. Do not rent here.

Please don't listen to a word this 'person' says. She got evicted and she is really the building 'psycho'. Good riddence

I agree with the past tentant. It is the most unprofessional place! It's hard to get a hold of anyone and when I finally did the lady goes, "first of all who is this?!" after seeing the past reviews and just the experience over the phone I won't be renting from this place! There isn't one positive review! Crazy.
