Cheyenne Estates

As the price may be right with this company, the entire experience is not worth saving a few pennies. Number one, it is very difficult to get a hold of the manager. To the best of my knowledge there is only one person that works the phones and the showings of apartments. This particular lady can't find daycare so she has her kids with her at the office. If you do end up getting a hold of her, she will usually put you on hold so she can attend to her childrens needs as they are bugging her while she is on the phone.
Second, the building is very loud. I could hear conversations of my neighbors and they were not yelling.
Third, while in the office at checkout this lady answered every call that came through (they need to hire someone to maybe just answer phones) and had an elaborate conversation with each person, 2/3 of them were personal calls. All the while her children are running around. It took me 2 hours to just get checked OUT!
Fourth, my parking spot that I paid for was always taken. In the winter the snow would get pushed there so I didn't have a spot to park in. Trying to get ahold of the office to address this issue was near impossible. They never took care of the problem and someone was still parked in my spot the day I moved out.
It was a very unprofessional setting and her attitude was very unprofessional as well. I will never rent from Cheyenne Estates again and I do not recommend anyone renting from them! Spending extra money on a nicer, friendlier apartment place is definately worth it!
