Charged for Carpet after move out also

We totally lived there for 10 months.

Looks like charging carpet replacement is becoming a pattern for Dakota Park Apartment.

We received a bill charging us carpet replacement also.

The carpet was in great condition when we moved out.

Dakota Park did not say anything about carpet replacement and even asked us to professionally clean it which we did.

I don't think this company is conducting business in a ethical manner right now.

I am filing complaints at various organizations.

If anyone has similiar experience with this company and is interested in filing complaints, please contact me at arbitragebiz@gmail.com.

with more complaints, the consumer protection agents are morelikely to look into this.
