I don't recommend somebody live in this apartment.
That's nightmare.
We lived just 7 month they chared the changing carpet about $1000.00.
When we moved out, there was no stain in carpet with inspection.
The staffs always lied and changed words.
I don't recommend anybody to live there.

We are sorry that you feel that you had such a bad experience during your time here at Dakota Park Apartments. We follow guidelines when replacing carpets and only charge accordingly. There had to be stains in the carpet for us to replace and we always take pictures. Did you talk to the staff about your move out? Did you take pictures of your carpet when you moved in and out? |
