AS YOU CAN SEE I LIVED AT DAKOTA PARK FOR A FEW YEARS AND JUST MOVED OUT BECAUSE I DECIDED TO FINALLY BUY A HOUSE AND IF IT WASN'T FOR THAAT I WOULD STILL BE LIVING THERE.
I ENJOYED EVERYTHING FROM THE STAFF TO MY APARTMENT SO I'M NOT WHAT IS TO SAY BAD ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS AND IF A PERSON GETS CHARGED FOR SOMETHING YOU ODVIOUSLY NEED TO PAY.
I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE HOW PEOPLE CAN TREAT AN APARTMENT AND RUIN THE CARPET AND NOT EXPECT TO HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.IT'S ONLY RIGHT PEOPLE NEED TO TREAT THERE APARTMENT AS THERE HOME

No sir or maddam renters do not "odviously need to pay". There are laws passed to protect renters from agencies like Dakota Park Apartments. Consult your local attorney general's office regarding renter's rights. If you actually were dumb enough (and maybe you are based on your spelling) to pay for what these yahoo's charge their former residents for routine wear and tear of carpets and other permanent fixtures then you are a good reason why they should continue to screw with renters, because once and a while someone will pay.

I'm confused as to why people find in necessary to insult others who have posted reviews. "And maybe you are [dumb enough] based on your spelling"? Please. You DO realize that you, yourself put and apostrophe in the word 'yahoos' which you used in a plural form, NOT ownership.
As for Dakota Park...the place is horrendous. Gorgeous apartments & grounds (unless you're in the outer buildings). Great options. Tricky tricky check out procedures & staff.
