I have been renting for many years. My experience with Dakota Park Apartment was by far the worst. This is not about anybody ruin the carpets. This is about an apartment company with high vacancy rate in its property start charging tenants unfairly at move-out.

If we receive any complaints, we follow up on them to ensure that we do our best to make sure all current tenants are happy with their home. Take pictures of the condition of your apartment when you move out and do all the necessary cleaning and upkeep to make sure that it is returned in the condition you received it and you wouldn't have a problem when you move out! ~Dakota Park Management

Actually this property has one of the lowest vacancy rates in town so maybe you should quit talking out your ass. Get the facts before you pretend to sound smart .

Wow...why would someone be so defensive about someone's comments on here unless they were an owner or employee of Dakota Park. I would hate to have to deal with the staff if this is the way they are!
