| We have had a majority of our past tenants receive their full deposits back. It all depends on the condition that you left the apartment in. We encourage every new renter to take pictures of the unit when moving in and then again on moving out as pictures are indeed worth a thousand words! ~Dakota Park Management | |

It's funny how management keeps saying that the majority of tenants receive their money back. Obviously that's not the case considering all the bad comments that I have read regarding this subject. And I also love how they say you should take pictures before you move in and after you move out when that shouldn't be necessary if you have honest apartment managers. I was looking into this apartment b/c I was thinking of moving in but after reading all these bad comments I have thought otherwise. You guys better make some changes or pretty soon you won't have any tenants.
