i went and looked at these because they are sister apartments to park ave...

and i liked the location that they are in too.

close to bike trails and nice part of town i think.

but when he showed me the apartments i wasnt impressed and i was even more shocked when he told me the rental price.

i dont know whos leg he thought he was pulling but it wasnt gunna be mine.

Our rental prices may have seemed a little higher to you at the time but honestly what other apartments were you comparing to ours? We offer a great location, underground heated parking, onsite pool, hot tub, sauna, community room, fitness room and library.
