Overall we like Dakota Park Apartments. The staff have been friendly, helpful and responsive. Repairs are taken care of immediately. Community is friendly and location is a plus for us...close to many services. Our beef is I don't think the owners have or are willing to put money into major repairs and maintenance. For example, in our building the carpet is showing wear and the main drive has big, big holes in the concrete. When you drive over the holes I swear your car will need alignment. Overall we like it...but if it continues to be neglected we will make a move. I tried to get the owners name to write and respectfully express concern over the main drive but no one responded.
