These apartment are pretty nice, I like living here a lot. They are kept up nicely, the units themselves, the hallways and even the surrounding areas. They have nice hardwood floors, clean looking carpet, walls, cabinets ect. The appliances at least work nicely, which is hard to find in apartments these days it seems. Parking can be a problem sometimes, you have double/single stall garages but when you have guests over the extra lots are almost always full, as is the street out front. Also, noise levels are ridiculous because of the poorly insulated walls and ceiling/floors. We can hear EVERYTHING our neighbors say and do from all sides of us. Our neighbors below us constantly get mad at us "being too loud" when we're being completely normal and ordinary, they've even called the cops on us when it's been just me and my fiance here. Other than the parking and poorly insulated walls, it's a nice place. Staff is generally friendly too.
