These are the worst managed apartments I have ever lived in!! The management is so terrible I have had to get the city inspector in to look at black mold growing in the ceiling and to prove that it needed to be fixed. All because their was a leaky pipe. Then this last winter my garage door broke. It wouldn't open, and I called them to ask that it be fixed, the response that I got back was "We don't work on gargae doors in the winter". What kind of bull$@#& is that'' And now that I am moving out they claim that I didn't give a proper 2 months notice. SO now I am hiring a lawyer to get me out of this mess. I would and will NEVER let anyone I know rent from Hedgness property. They are terrible. They even screwed over their own employees when they tried to move out. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that their maintance guy is great, when they let him fix something. The apartment construction is horrible, they obviously cut every corner possible to slap this place together. Their "hardwood" floors are plactic laminates and they suck, they had people breaking into the buildings, and did nothing about it The cops visit the parking lot almost on a daily basis. The only rules that are ever enforced are the ones that benefit them, and not their tennants like they claim.

I lived there about 5 years ago. I completely agree with this review. When I had first moved in the management was great. Then they sold it and there was new management. They were horrible!!! This review is very true!
