After reading the other negative review, I wholeheartedly agree with that poster. The original owners of the buildings were wonderful.

Maintenance orders go unfulfilled for six months or more. Washers and dryers on the fritz most of the time. One wash machine was down for a good six months, and they are STILL waiting on the part to fix it. And another two machines down, and a dryer, which NEVER gets attention. We waited for a year to have some maintenance done in our apartment, and they skipped doing some of it. Over Easter my apartment was still torn apart in the middle of a remodel, which they ASSURED us would be completed two weeks before.

Garages are broken into on a consistent basis.

This management group is falling apart at the seems, and nothing is done about it. Don't even THINK of renting from this company. You'll be sorry.
