When we checked in the apartment was not ready for us to move in. There were stains on the carpets and they hadn't even been vacuumed. We asked management several times to clean the apartment and it took more than a week before anyone showed up. My roommate actually had to walk the manager through the apartment and point out the stains and the big chunk of gum stuck to the floor, before she would call in a cleaner.
We've already had both our freezer and dishwasher repaired as well as our garage door, which took them 2 weeks to get to from the time I reported it. There are garage break-ins all the time and the building is not as secure as they claim.

One door in particular is impossible to get unlocked.I often find myself walking to a door farther from my apartment to get in. The same janky door will not lock unless you pull it shut behind you. I often come home and find the door is open; allowing anyone access.
We've also had problems with loud neighbors. I've seen fist-fighting in the yard between 2 of the buildings, and the police have been called to deal with some loud neighbors.
The grounds outside are kept nice, but the inside is something to be desired. The carpets are filthy!
