I would rather sleep in one than spend another night at evans place. It is an unsafe environment,for kids or adults. The staff is rude and useless. They don't follow up, there is no point to file a report or complain, they will do nothing. There was white mold under the carpet, I was told it would be replaced right after I moved in (just that section) it was never done. My patio door would leak when it rained, never fixed. Property was stolen from my garage, people climed in through the rafters. Management said call the cops, they would do nothing. I think everyone who lives there is in danger and should move out! Or never move in.....
