These apartments have recently been refurbished and now have refinished woodwork, new flooring (all wood-vinyl) and brand new appliances. They have tons of character and the construction is far better than that of the new apartments in town. Downtown is the most convenient and fun place to live in Fargo. The Ivers is within a few blocks of some of Fargo?s greatest restaurants, entertainment venues, coffee shops, art galleries, specialty stores, and bars.
Another note, you can't hear a thing from other apartments here. The walls are incredibly thick and I've never heard a thing. The rooms are good sized as well. My living room is about 19' x 14'. There's plenty of closet space (all walk in), a large kitchen, and a large dining room. The high ceilings are great and there's tons of big windows in every room.
Overall these are great apartments. There's also on-site laundry and a huge freight elevator for moving in and out.
