HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT=CHARACTER APT

Ivers is mangaged by JM Rentals. The management is horrible. The lady who shows you the apartments is very rude. The lady who works at the desk is also very rude and ONLY works from 7am-5pm. They are VERY strict about the Freight elevator use. They will not remove snow from the parking lot in a timely manner. The entrance is always filled with garabage from cigarettes, pop bottles, old newpapers, etc.
On the plus side. The apartment has tons of character, close to downtown, spacious, and quiet to live in.
PS...my car was also stolen from the parking lot FYI
