If you want the worst management your deposit not back and consistent people coming in and out to fix things live here. If not do not live here worst place to live downtown.

Where did you live, I live at the Ivers and it is great. Large, unique apartments elevator, all pluses, friendly neighbors and great parking. I love it. I appreciate that maintenance is quick to respond.
