Quick turnover of inhouse management and maintenance staff. Managers have been shockingly rude and mostly incompetent. Requests for repair or other management services are answered with snotty comments and then ignored. Both management and maintenance workers use their pass keys at will to enter apartments without warning. One must keep interior doors (bathroom, bedroom, etc.) locked, to preserve personal privacy. Windows fit so loosely, in winter we wake up to snow on the inside sills. Kitchen stove is so ancient, oven takes 45 minutes to preheat and has no temperature regulation. Front door has security buzzers for each apartment, but system does not work. One must stand outside and wait to admit guests. We will be moving as soon as our lease expires. It can't be soon enough.

This is the most accurate description I've read yet....BRAVO.. Oh, I also hate the fact the intercom system doesn't work... management keeps telling me, "Have your quests stand closer to the speaker" well... you can have your lips on the thing and nothings different.
