If you want a nice place to live dont live here! If you want your stove to not work for three months, when you tell them the washer in your unit doesnt work and they tell you not to be stupid, if you want the owners nephew to bang down your door drunkenly at 4 am and when a pipe butsts in the wall and mold is manifesting they tell you to put a fan on it and it will dry out then definately consider. They also take all your security deposit for stupid reasons such as they make you have you carpet cleaned by the company that they recomend who screw it up and then park ave charges you for not having the carpet cleaned properly. John Adams the owner is money hungry and will do ANY thing to get more money.

I've worked for the Adams family before and didn't mind John but his wife is the -----. It's their way or the highway and they're gonna screw you in any way possible.

You are obviously just jealous that you didn't make anything of yourself and you can't even buy yourself a house. I'd be pissed too if I couldn't do any better than an apartment building. Try getting a job or doing something productive you lazy piece of ----.

Seems funny that this "anonymous" person has replied to every single negative comment with "piece of---" You must either be the owner or office staff or maintenance. Good luck with that.
