I lived there for 2 years and had no problems. I was going to school so it was nice to live in a quiet building. I would rent there again if I ever move back to Fargo.

Quit???? Only if you are DEAF!!!! College age residents would make so much noise at the pool area its difficult to socialize above at the lounge, which smells of chlorine.
